Narrative is important * Script read throughs and why they matter- how to organise * Team management- what is important * How to direct actors * How to organise a safe space * Dos and don'ts for directors * Fast decision making- how it matters and how to do it * How to make it a safe space for actors * How to interact with crew * Post-production direction * Broken down how to direct people - framing, eyeline, etc * Director of photography- where responsibilities lie - directors work closely with them because of what they want for colour, tone, etc. what feel do you want in the film?
